A Day for the Forest

 

A day for the Forest – a scientific conference with the participation of the most prominent researchers into forest environments, along with multimedia presentations and screenings of films and the handing out of the first prizes to the winners of the ARBORES VITAE internet competition.

The conference will be held in Polish only.

 

 

Almost 400 students from the cracovian universities and visitors were attending the Day for the Forest which concerned the issue of the Puszcza Białowieska and the matter of its protection as well as the theme of the NATURA 2000 program. It was a great occassion to listen and discuss with the specialist in the field of the topic.
